Your baby can stay in a car seat, carrier, or on a mat in the centre. Feed, change, or cuddle anytime. This is a calm, understanding, judgment free space.
Mums cleared by their GP to exercise (usually 6-8 weeks postpartum, a bit longer after a C-section). Perfect for mums with babies who aren’t yet crawling or walking - so you can fully focus on yourself.
One hour a week - just 4% of your day - to recharge, reconnect, and rebuild.

📍 Where are classes held?
At Sandbach Health & Fitness - plenty of onsite parking.
🗓️ When do classes start?
Next 6-week block begins 9th January 2026.
⏰ How long is each class?
45–60 mins including warm up, cool down, and time to chat.
😷 What if I miss a class?
You get one flexible catch-up if you or baby are unwell (just give 2 hours’ notice).
💪 Do I need to be fit already?
Nope! Designed for gradual postnatal recovery - go at your pace.
👶 What age can my baby be?
For non-moving babies only (not yet crawling, rolling, or walking).
👯 Can I bring twins or more than one child?
Yes - as long as both are non-movers, that’s absolutely fine.
🍼 Do I have to bring my baby?
No - come solo if you prefer! This hour is all about you.
👭 Will I meet other mums?
Definitely. There’s time to chat each week and a WhatsApp group to connect between sessions.
💬 What if I feel nervous?
Totally normal - every mum feels that way!
You’ll meet others in the group chat before class to ease nerves.
🎒 What should I bring?
Water, a blanket for baby, and a favourite toy if you like.
🏋️ What kind of exercises will we do?
Circuit-style strength and light cardio - all postnatal safe.
📩 Will I know the plan before class?
Yes - I’ll share the workout the night before, so I can adjust if needed.
✂️ Is it safe after a C-section?
Yes, once you’re cleared by your healthcare professional.
